As your Executive Coach, we will first look at developing you as a leader. What is working, what isn’t and why? Together we will face the challenges in your business, relationships with employees and your professional life. I will help you gain self-awareness, clarify your goals, and ultimately become a leader people want to follow.

Youth Empowerment

Today’s young people are facing more challenges, distractions, and pressure than ever before. My Youth Empowerment sessions are designed to inspire students and student-athletes to believe in themselves, make wise choices, and develop the character needed to succeed both on and off the field. Through engaging stories, real-life experiences, and practical lessons, I speak on topics such as hope, making positive choices, developing a winning mindset, embracing hard work, building resilience, and treating others with respect. Whether speaking to high school or college sports teams, student organizations, or youth groups, my goal is to equip young people with the confidence, discipline, and purpose to become leaders who make a positive impact in their schools, teams, families, and communities.
